Morrow Analytics has started an enterprise onboarding program for its largest customers.

The company said the program covers the first ninety days after a contract is signed. The work in scope is data migration, report configuration, and training for the customer's own analysts. Morrow will run the program from its Customer Success organization.

"Our larger customers ask for more structure in the first quarter of the relationship," said Ravi Patel, Chief Executive Officer. "We want a repeatable path instead of a custom project every time."

Morrow said it is also expanding the implementation team that delivers the work. A new Director of Customer Implementation will lead the team, and the company expects to add implementation specialists through the year.

The program has three stated parts:

  • A standard plan for the first ninety days, with a named owner for each step.
  • One handoff point between the sales team and the implementation team.
  • A quarterly review with the customer's sponsor.

Morrow did not publish a budget, a vendor list, or a date for general availability. The company described the program as internal work that starts now and continues through the year.
