How I know him
Daniel and I worked together for about seven months on an implementation project at a previous employer. He ran operations there. I led the onboarding workstream. We spoke most weeks while the project ran.
What he is like to work with
Direct, and he reads the material before the meeting. He cares more about who owns a step than about the plan on the page. He pushed back hard on any process with no named owner, which is a reasonable thing to push back on.
His current remit
He is COO at Morrow Analytics, and Customer Success reports into him. I have not worked with him there.
Last contact
We exchanged messages when he moved to Morrow. Nothing since.
What this is worth
It is a real working relationship, and not a close one. If Elena wants an introduction to someone at Morrow, asking me is reasonable. I would want to know what the ask is before I send anything, and I cannot promise that he will reply.
