Privacy Policy

alkemy is operated by DevDash Labs, Inc. (alkemy, we, us). This policy explains what we collect when you visit alkemyos.com or interact with us, how we use it, and the choices you have. We wrote it to be readable. If anything's unclear, email [email protected].

Information we collect

When you visit alkemyos.com we receive standard server logs (IP, user agent, referrer) from our hosting provider. These logs are used to operate the site and detect abuse. When you book a meeting via the calendar links, the calendar provider (Google) collects what you submit — name, email, optional message. That data is governed by Google's privacy policy in addition to ours. When you email us at [email protected], we receive your email address and message contents.

How we use information

We use the information to respond to your inquiries, schedule and run meetings, operate and secure the site, and communicate with you about alkemy when you have asked us to. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and analytics

alkemyos.com does not currently use analytics cookies or tracking pixels. The site sets a single locale cookie (NEXT_LOCALE) so navigation respects your language preference. If we add analytics in the future we will update this policy and provide a clear opt-out.

Third-party services

We use the following third-party services on this site: • Google Calendar (calendar.app.google) — booking demos and founder meetings. • LinkedIn and X — outbound social links from our footer. Each has its own privacy policy. Visiting their domains is governed by their terms.

Data retention

We retain inquiry emails and meeting notes for as long as needed to maintain a relationship with you, plus the period required by applicable tax and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under GDPR (EU/UK), CCPA (California), or similar laws — including the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you, and to object to certain uses. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. We respond within 30 days.

Children

alkemy is built for working professionals and is not intended for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Security

We use industry-standard practices to protect personal information, including HTTPS, access controls, and encryption at rest with our cloud providers. No system is perfect — if we learn of a breach affecting your data, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by law.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product evolves or law requires. We will change the Last updated date above and, for material changes, send a notice to anyone we have an active relationship with.
