Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of alkemyos.com (the Site) and any alkemy products we make available to you (Service). The Site and Service are operated by DevDash Labs, Inc. By using either, you agree to these terms.

About the Service

alkemy is the operating layer for senior partners at consulting firms. As of the date of these terms, alkemy is in pre-release. We may offer access via demo, pilot, or design-partner agreements. The specific commitments of each engagement live in a separate written order or pilot agreement and take precedence over anything inconsistent here.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) reverse-engineer or copy alkemy except where permitted by law, (b) use alkemy to violate someone else's rights or applicable law, (c) interfere with the Service's operation or security, (d) circumvent access controls, (e) use the Service to build a competing product. We may suspend access for material breach of this section.

Your data

You retain ownership of any data you submit to alkemy. We process it only to provide the Service to you, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and any pilot or order agreement. We do not train foundation models on your IP.

Our intellectual property

alkemy, the alkemy name, the site design, and all software, documentation, and content we provide (other than your data) are owned by DevDash Labs, Inc. and protected by US and international intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes during the term of your engagement with us.

Disclaimers

The Site and Service are provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties — express, implied, statutory — including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that any specific result will be obtained.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of or relating to these terms or the Service. Our aggregate liability under these terms will not exceed the greater of (a) US$100 or (b) the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify DevDash Labs, Inc. against claims arising from your misuse of the Service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of someone else's rights.

Termination

Either party may terminate the relationship at any time by written notice. Sections that by their nature should survive (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law, etc.) will survive termination.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and the parties consent to that jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves or law requires. We will change the Last updated date above and notify users of material changes. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
