Connections & warm intros (the Graph)

The hardest part of any account is reaching the right person, the right way. The Graph maps a company's people and how they connect — so you find a path in instead of cold-emailing a stranger.
Build the graph
Open an account (it needs People first), then press ⌘K → Build connections graph…. Build it for:
- All people — the full map, or
- A single person — one decision-maker.

Read the graph
- Each dot is a person. Color and shape show seniority — senior people stand out.
- Lines are shared ties — same employer, school, or board.
- The legend decodes the colors and shapes.
Once a graph exists, jump to it with Switch to Graph (⌘K, or O then 5).
Focus on one person
Press ⌘K → Refocus existing Graph on person… to center on someone and see only their ties. Open person… jumps to their details on People.

Finding your way in
Read the graph for the warmest path: who sits closest to your target, who shares a background with someone you know, who can make the intro. The goal isn't the picture — it's the one relationship that gets you in the room.
