Key Accounts

Last updated June 25, 2026

Key Accounts is the heart of Alkemy — the companies you're tracking to win, listed as cards ("Strategic accounts tracked across all projects").

A partner usually manages 10–15 accounts by hand. With Luna doing the research, you can watch far more.

How a company becomes a key account

No form to fill in. Companies arrive through your work:

  • Ask Luna to brief or find one — Account Brief, Find Companies.
  • Build a Market Map, research it, and Qualify the keepers.

The strategic ones show up here.

The five tabs

  • Home — a snapshot of the company.
  • People — the contacts and decision-makers.
  • Signals — what changed lately. See Signals.
  • Prep Packet — a meeting-ready brief. See Prep Packets.
  • Graph — how the people connect. See Connections & warm intros.

Move fast with ⌘K

Press ⌘K (or Ctrl + K), or click Search [account]… at the top:

  • Switch tabs — or press O then 15.
  • Run Track now — fetch fresh signals.
  • Generate Prep Packet — start a meeting brief.
  • Build connections graph… — map the people.
  • Pin to sidebar — keep the account one click away.
  • Share within org / Share publicly — send a read-only link.

⏱️ What to expect: when you add or refresh an account, research runs in the background for a few minutes. The tabs fill in as it finishes — you don't have to wait on the page.
