Signals

A signal is a reason to reach out — a funding round, a new exec, a launch, relevant news. Signals answer one question: what changed here, and why act now?

Where signals come from

Luna gathers them. As the Signals tab says: "Signals are added when Luna researches this account." Every time Alkemy tracks an account, it adds what's new.

Refresh them anytime

Open an account and press ⌘K → Run Track now (or use the Run Track now button in the header). Luna searches and adds fresh signals.

⏱️ What to expect: a track run takes a little time — it's reading current sources. New signals appear when it's done.

Filter the feed

On a busy account, press ⌘K → Filter signals by type… to see one kind: only hiring, only funding.

Why this matters

In sales, timing wins — the right person, the right message, the right moment. Signals make the moment visible, so you reach out because something changed, not at random.
